Chenin Blanc. French Chenin Blanc wine can vary from dry and fresh to sweet, depending on the vintage and the producer. Chenin Blanc is a very good blending grape for generic table wines, yielding a pleasant enough wine with subtle melon, peach, spice and citrus notes.

Chenin blanc pairs nicely with dill, parsley, clove and nutmeg.
