Riesling

Close

Riesling. Riesling fans enjoy the distinctive floral, citrus, peach and mineral accents of this well-known German wine. Some Rieslings are very sweet, but more commonly are dry or off-dry. They have an uncanny knack for transmitting the elements of their vineyard source – what the French call terroir.

Riesling pairs well with black pepper, onion dill, sage, clove and ginger.
Try it with Citrus-glazed Ribs.
